The National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Program addresses the growing dropout crisis and its impact on our nation’s youth, economy and national security.  This one-of-a-kind and nationally successful program assist adolescents who drop out of school with the opportunity to improve their life skills, their education, and their employability.  Therefore, NGYCP is creating our next generation of a skilled and sustainable workforce in America. 

The Georgia Youth ChalleNGe Academy Foundation, Inc.’s efforts are directed primarily toward developing, supporting and enhancing the Georgia National Guard Youth ChalleNGe Academies and its Cadets with educational scholarships, public awareness initiatives, innovative partnerships and opportunities for training and developing workforce and life skills.
